On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, the Safe Helpline’s Self Paced Educational Modules will be unavailable on the Learning Management System (LMS) website until further notice. Resiliency and Connection through Self-Care is a self-paced, online, educational module that explores how military survivors of sexual assault can manage the effects of trauma using self-care strategies.

Managing the effects of trauma can be difficult. This module will explore healthy coping strategies for self-care. As a part of this module, survivors will be able to develop a self-care plan.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize how resiliency and connection can help manage the effects of sexual violence.
  • Identify multiple self-care strategies to promote resilience and connection.
  • Develop a personal self-care plan.

This module can be completed anonymously or for one hour of D-SAACP credit via the respective Get Started buttons above.
